Yeah, just got notified of the post myself and didn't want to leave y'all hanging.
Name is Ryan. I work in higher education for that university in northeast Arkansas that the university in northwest Arkansas refuses to play in football for some reason. Not saying we would win, but it would just make for a good in state rivalry. (nothing like some sports trash talk to get a thread going...)
Anyway, I am a part of a 2 person team in my little corner of the university doing the usual helpdesk/tech support stuff. I stumbled upon spiceworks in an article from a CNET newsletter around the same time my boss requested we keep better records of our daily trouble calls. The timing couldn't have been better. I can't say I use spiceworks to the fullest, but it has been a lifesaver for what we do use it for.
