Well i thought this would be a fun place to start on the forums.
I have been working around the Little Rock area for about 8 years now. Started doing help desk for Dillards right after getting my associate's then moved over to Crain Automotives worked there for a while. That was some fun learning, when is the last time you got to build networks in the middle of parking lots with Internet. There at the end of my time it got easier had them pick up a nice router from Verizon that did the Wi-Fi stuff.
Now I am doing help desk for a Steel company we have in the area. Always keep moving and learning. Part of a 4 man team here and its alot of fun. These guys have all the newest and greats tech's for me to play with.
Getting here one of the biggest things i pushed for was some type of ticketing/knowledge base system. We went with spiceworks....
